The overview

An enterprise GEO programme across a global automotive portfolio, designed to establish how multiple brands and product categories appear in AI-driven discovery now, identify the factors shaping visibility, and create a baseline that can be measured again after implementation.

At enterprise scale, the method has to be consistent enough to compare and flexible enough to respect the differences between brands, markets and products.

01

A multi-brand enterprise challenge

Through Performics, I support the Stellantis account as a senior GEO consultant across a large portfolio that includes Citroën, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo and Jeep UK. The scale changes the nature of the problem: the method must remain consistent enough for comparison while accounting for different brands, models, markets and customer questions.

02

Building the evidence base

The work combines large prompt and keyword sets with evidence from AccuRanker and AccuLLM to examine visibility, citations, sources, entity understanding and recommendation patterns. The result is not a single score: it is a structured view of where each brand appears, what evidence models rely on and where meaningful gaps exist.

03

From research to delivery

The analysis is translated into detailed audit decks and prioritised guidance for content, technical and stakeholder teams. That requires turning a large body of emerging evidence into recommendations an enterprise organisation can govern, assign and implement across brands.

04

Designed to be measured again

The most important output is the baseline. By preserving the prompt sets, evidence categories and reporting logic, the organisation can repeat the analysis after changes are made and distinguish real movement from the normal variability of generative answers.

05

How scale changes the work

A portfolio programme cannot depend on isolated screenshots or a single visibility score. It needs common prompt logic, evidence categories and reporting conventions, plus enough qualitative review to explain what the numbers mean for each brand. The audit structure was designed so teams could prioritise action now and preserve a credible benchmark for later comparison.

The strategic takeaway

What this work demonstrates

This is GEO as an enterprise measurement system: repeatable, governable and connected to implementation rather than treated as a novelty report.

Client feedback

What clients say about working with me

Independent feedback from consulting, SEO, content and strategy engagements.

I worked with Rob to bring to life a strategy that required seven SEO-focused industry pieces for a three-month campaign. Rob provided all my copy, as well as well written meta descriptions and image tags. The result for me was a reduced spend and an increased ROI with site traffic up 33% across the campaign, so I would be happy to recommend him.
