The overview
I built Bedrock Search to help agencies and marketing teams audit, brief and monitor brand visibility across AI-driven search. It turns prompt responses, citations and technical evidence into a structured baseline and a prioritised client-ready plan.
01
The problem
AI visibility is easy to discuss and surprisingly hard to measure well. Teams need a repeatable method for defining prompts, checking multiple answer engines, understanding cited sources and separating meaningful patterns from one-off outputs.
02
The platform
Bedrock brings AI visibility tracking, citation intelligence, technical checks, keyword evidence and content planning into one workflow. Agencies can organise work by client and turn the analysis into white-label reports and briefs.
03
A baseline teams can act on
The audit connects what models say with why they may be saying it: entity signals, source coverage, content retrievability, technical foundations, competitors and existing search demand. Human review remains central so the output supports judgement rather than replacing it.
04
What it demonstrates
Bedrock is the product expression of my consulting method: establish evidence, diagnose the system, prioritise interventions and make progress measurable. It also demonstrates hands-on product, workflow and information-design capability in a rapidly changing field.
The strategic takeaway
What this work demonstrates
Bedrock turns my consulting method into a repeatable product workflow while keeping human review at the centre of the judgement.
